The app bar consists of following features

  • Breadcrumbs

  • Undo

  • Redo

  • Popups

  • Preview

  • Tutor

  • Abort

  • Finalize

  • Finalize & Exit

Breadcrumbs

When you click on any element in the web page then the visual editor will detect the display path(Breadcrumbs) of your selection. It also allows you to navigate to the parent element of the selected element.

Undo

If you have done any changes to an element and want to undo the changes then, you can do it by clicking on Undo in the app bar.

Redo

It's the reverse of undo function. Restore the changes that were previously undone

Popups

If you have added any popups to the webpage then by default all the popups will be hidden. You can view the popups present on the webpage by clicking on the Popups button present in the app bar. By once again clicking on the Popups button all the popups will be hidden.

Preview

Once you're done editing or personalizing the web page, you can preview how the webpage looks like to make sure that the changes are as expected. In the preview mode, you can also send the link to your team members if you need to get any approvals or suggestions.

The preview also comes into handy when you want to close inbuilt popups or chatbots.

Tutor

If you are into the visual editor interface for the first time then clicking on the Tutor button in the app bar will display the video which will help you in getting an overview of the CustomFit visual editor.

Abort

The abort button discards all the changes made to the webpage and takes you back to the experience targeting page.

Finalize

Once you are done editing or personalizing certain elements of your webpage and want to make sure that the changes are not lost then, click on finalize button. Clicking on finalize button will save all your changes but still present in the visual editor interface.

Finalize & Exit

Once you are done editing or personalize your webpage then click on Finalize & Exit button. This will save all your changes and takes you back to the experience targeting page
