Integrating CustomFit.ai and Clearbit will help your website to:
Automatically display customer company details.
Customize the use case based on the organization name, sector, and industry type
Follow the below steps to integrate CustomFit.ai with Clearbit :
Log in to the dashboard and click on settings from the sidebar
Click on 3rd Party Integrations
On the integrations page, you can see the Clearbit section
Click on the status field to enable Clearbit Integration
Now Login to Clearbit and Go to the Dashboard, In the API Menu Copy the "secret API key"
In the Clearbit section, you can see the Settings button. Click on it.
Paste the copied secret API key in the "Secret API key" field. And also fill the other two fields based on your requirements
Cache timeout in minutes: The minimum is 1 minute and the maximum is 43200 minutes. The cache time specifies the duration of how long the CustomFit can cache the IP address to firmographic details to avoid API call to Clearbit for the request coming from the same IP. This will speed up the personalization time
Skip fuzzy results: True/False. Indicates if Clearbit achieved an exact match. If the value is set to true then CustomFit will attach the Clearbit properties to the visitors only if it is an exact match. And if it is set to false then CustomFit won't attach the Clearbit properties to the visitors
Click on the Save button once all the details are filled
