# Installing the code snippet on Wordpress

If you're using Wordpress, integrating the CustomFit code snippet into your Wordpress sites is a swift and user-friendly process. No coding expertise is needed, making it an effortless installation.

The easiest way to add a code snippet to WordPress is with a plugin. This method is more flexible and easier to manage than adding the code directly to your theme. For example, [Head & Footer Code](https://wordpress.org/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/) is a good plugin.

Once the plugin is installed, navigate to Settings by going to tools->Head & Footer Code. On this screen, there are three boxes for the header, footer, and body sections.

Login to your [CustomFit.ai](http://customfit.ai/) account and copy the code snippet. Paste the copied code snippet in 'Scripts in Header' section and click on the 'Save Changes' button at the bottom of the screen. The code will then load to every page of your site.

You can check if the code snippet is successfully installed on your website by entering the website URL in the verification section of the [CustomFit.ai](http://customfit.ai/) setup page and then click on the **Verify** button.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://doc.customfit.ai/master/installing-customfit-code-snippet/installing-the-code-snippet-on-wordpress.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
